How to Book

• Make Contact to take advantage of a free 1/2 hour consultation via Zoom or Telephone. We can assess your specific modalities and style so I will know which induction techniques to use for your hypnosis. I appreciate and work on the basis that you, your personal issue and your ideal outcome/solution will also be unique.
• Explore your options and ask any questions around how I practice, Hypnotherapy itself, cost, timings etc.
• If my session times/prices/communication style suits you and you feel absolutely comfortable, then proceed to book.
• We will arrange suitable times/dates for your session(s)
• You will be sent an Intake Form and a Client/Therapist agreement which requires your signature/date. The Contract is very useful to you as it outlines what you may expect from me as your therapist along with payment methods, contact details. Your personal details will be required on the Intake Form which will help me to devise a plan of treatment based on your information.
• You will be sent a Privacy Policy explaining how I look after your personal details. All of you information is confidential (legal limitations outlined in the contract).

I may need to contact your GP to gain consent to work with you depending whether there are any pre-existing health conditions/medication which could be affected or affect the delivery of Hypnotherapy treatment. I would ask your permission first. Your safety and well-being are priority.
