It is important for my clients to know a little about who I am, as a human – ‘being’ on my journey. I love my work with private clients and also work as a Clinical Case Manager for an EAP provider (Employee Assistance Program). Through this work, I am proud to support Military clients and employees in the educational and health sectors. I work with clients who come via a CIC company acting on behalf of the Wellbeing service when required. I have aligned with some philosophies on my professional journey which may offer you an insight into how I navigate life and my role as a Therapist.

  • Everybody deserves support to reach their full potential in this life.
  • We are not our thoughts.
  • The greatest resources we have are within us.
  • Sometimes the only way to remember who we are is to get lost in others
  • Body, mind and spirit are connected and ‘dis-ease’ can be attributed to an imbalance between the three.
  • Our outer worlds are a reflection of our inner world.
  • Change mostly starts from within.
  • I work with the person and not the diagnosis.
